ABOUT THE ROLE: In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of our strategic partners, supporting them to develop and execute strategic growth plans. You will be their trusted advisor, proactively identifying their needs and opportunities, and tailoring solutions that deliver measurable results. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
  • Own and manage a portfolio of key strategic accounts: You will be responsible for the overall health and growth of your assigned accounts, exceeding revenue targets and driving deeper engagement.
  • Build and develop strategic account plans (ADPs): Work with your partners to define their business goals and objectives, then implement customized plans to achieve them.
  • Orchestrate the execution of our ADPs with the Partner Success Manager, with alignment with the other stakeholders
  • Build strong, long-term relationships: Cultivate trust and rapport with key decision-makers, becoming a valuable advisor and champion for their success.
  • Negotiate and close on contract renewals: With the support of VP PSM, Secure contract renewals, leveraging your deep understanding of your partner's needs and our value proposition
  • Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with internal teams (Product, Marketing, Finance, etc...) to ensure seamless experiences and drive successful outcomes.
  • Analyze data and measure results: Track key metrics and KPIs, providing insights and recommendations to optimize client engagement and maximize value.
  • Identify and proactively address your partner' needs: Stay ahead of the curve, anticipating challenges and opportunities before they arise, and proposing solutions that add strategic value.
YOU ARE SOMEONE WITH:
  • 10+ years of experience in account management, ideally with a focus on strategic accounts
  • Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and driving significant account growth.
  • Deep understanding of sales cycles and the ability to navigate high-level stakeholder relationships.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and influence at all levels.
  • Strategic thinking and a consultative approach, with the ability to tailor solutions to unique client needs.
  • A passion for exceeding expectations and a relentless drive to win.
