As a Senior Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of a commercial cladding project on an occupied site.

This role requires a hands-on approach, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise.
Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
Ensure highquality workmanship and adherence to project specifications.
Proven experience working on commercial sites, particularly those that are occupied.
Extensive experience in external cladding projects.
SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification.
Experience in managing largescale commercial cladding projects.
