We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join our team on a
part-time, permanent basis.


You will join a small, friendly team assisting families with the admin tasks associated with children attending one of our 7 Bows & Arrows nurseries.

Based at Brightspace and reporting to our Nursery Support Co-Ordinator, your tasks will include

  • Administering changes to nursery bookings
  • Producing invoices for childrens adhoc care and lunches
  • Processing childcare funding claims termly, for 2 & 3+ year olds
  • Ordering nursery lunches


We are looking for someone who is super organised, a clear communicator and has a natural flare for talking with parents on the telephone.

You will also hold a GCSE grade C/5 or above in English & Maths.

*There is a pay review in progress for this role*
You will be required to have your own transport due to visiting nursery sites regularly


Bows & Arrows is a registered charity operating 7 daycare nurseries across Ipswich, most of which have recently been graded as Outstanding by Ofsted.
