The Opportunity


As the Business Administration Apprentice you will be responsible for working across the conveyancing and surveys service teams under the direction of a manager, delivering the administrative support on the accounts.

You will attend college 20% of the time to complete your apprenticeship.

The role will involve:

  • Carrying out weekly solicitor calls to monitor call answer rates
  • Ensuring updates received from solicitors are on the Optimus portal and milestones updates
  • Answering the inbound call lines
  • Training on service processes to support the surveys and conveyancing service teams
  • Assisting the teams with ad hoc service administration task

About You

  • Business Studies and IT GCSE is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • An interest in the property market and what Optimus do
  • A drive to learn and progress
