As part of our Food and Beverage Team, you will...
- Lead & coach the team on shift to ensure all areas of responsibility are met by the Team.
- Escalate issues to the Bar Team Manager when required & deputising in their absence
- Induct & support new starters through 90day induction, and completion of core departmental training.
- Deliver a handson approach to bar duties and greeting our customer's.
- Work with the Team to create a safe an secure working environment.
