We have a new opportunity available for Health Care Assistants and Support Workers for a one-to-one care package. The client you will be caring for lives with conditions such as seizures and diabetes. Experience in these areas of care is essential for the role.

  • Supporting with personal care, meal preparation, medication administration, etc.
  • Adapting to individual needs of the service user and reacting to any changes in care needs.
  • Encouraging choice, participation, and motivation of the service user.
  • Promote effective communication with service user, relatives, friends, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Keep accurate individual records.
  • Parttime, Full time, Days and Nights available.

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Satisfactory References
  • A minimum of 6 months care experience
  • Over the age of 1
  • UK right to work
  • Ability to drive a manual car
  • UK Drivers licence

  • Experience in caring for those with clinical care needs
