Primary role and attributes of the Marketing and Events Assistant will be:

  • Coordinating the network calendar and arranging bookings
  • Assisting with event organisation and attending events on the day
  • Producing and maintaining social media campaigns and scheduling
  • Updating the firm's website using WordPress
  • Creating newsletters and artwork (using MailChimp and Canva)
  • Coordination of photography sessions and support on marketing projects
  • Administration such as arranging invoice payments

Essential skills to succeed in this role:

  • Excellent written communication and proof-reading skills
  • Organised and proactive
  • Attention to detail
  • Creative personality
  • Previous experience using WordPress, MailChimp, Canva would be advantageous, but not essential
