You will be joining a team of 2 Support Technicians and 6 Digital Analysts who will guide you in developing your expertise on our platforms and customer service approach.

Our team collaborates with specialists across different areas of our business to share best practices, ensuring our digital tools remain innovative and market-leading.

Contract Duration: 12 months

Join us as a Digital Service Technician and embark on a journey where you will provide technical and operational support to both our valued customers and internal teams.

Your responsibilities will include handling phone calls, responding to emails, and efficiently addressing customer requests. Additionally, you will support Analysts in incident management and system releases for our digital services.

You will play a crucial role in supporting customers and advisors in navigating our online platforms and provide insights to enhance our services internally.

Identifying trends in customer interactions, you will assist in incident management to ensure optimal online service performance and user experience.

Your dedication to driving continuous improvement and advocating for enhancements will be instrumental in optimizing our digital functionality and business processes.

Effective communication and the ability to adapt to change will be key in identifying opportunities for growth and improvement throughout the organization.

During peak periods, you will provide support to various operational areas and ensure seamless service delivery to meet customer demands, all while maintaining compliance with governance policies.

About You
