As the Nursery Manager, you will oversee daily activities, learning, and care, whilst maintaining a welcoming environment where children feel safe, loved, and free to explore. This is a role for a visionary leader who can seamlessly blend administrative prowess with a genuine love for early childhood education.

Responsibilities:
  • Inspire, mentor, and support a team of passionate educators and ancillary staff
  • Design and implement captivating educational programs that spark curiosity and joy

  • Maintain high standards of care, education, and safety in line with regulatory requirements
  • Oversee the administrative and financial aspects of the nursery, ensuring it runs smoothly and efficiently
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  • Hold a recognised childcare qualification, minimum Level 3, ideally higher
  • Have previous experience of working in a nursery or early childhood setting, with managerial responsibilities
  • Exceptional ability to connect with children, parents, and the team
  • A creative thinker with a passion for early childhood education
