Theres the Living Space our place for easy lakeside eating meeting andlounging and Rampsbeck Restaurant inspired by the region s producedishes that showcase heritage ingredients and flavours that occurnaturally within the landscape with contemporaryflare.

Requirements
  • Knowledgeof ingredients and the ability to use them in a creativeway
  • Beliefin being a teamplayer
  • Excellenttime managementskills
  • Previousexperience of working in busykitchen
  • Ensureeffective stock rotation of all products to avoid unnecessarywaste.
  • Beable to run the pass at all service timessuccessfully.
  • Developand create new menus and dishes that are suitable for theoperation
  • Directguide and train the CDP chefs and Kitchen porters in a calm andclearway.
  • Monitorand check the work carried out by allchefs.
  • Previousexperience in a similarestablishment
  • NVQ1 Food Hygienecertificate/training
  • Goodculinary knowledge of main categories ofcooking
  • Goodknowledge of Englishlanguage
  • Flexibleattitude to working hours and variable shiftpatterns
  • Interestand passion for the foodindustry

Knowledge of ingredients and the ability to use them in a creativeway Belief in being a team player Excellent time management skillsPrevious experience of working in busy kitchen Ensure effectivestock rotation of all products to avoid unnecessary waste.
