- Due to company growth here at Restore, we are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to join our team in South Kirkby to ensure and manage the logistics and safeguarding of staff. We have a fantastic team, who support and help each other every day, and we are looking for someone who wants to be a part of our journey at this exciting time.
- The successful applicant will oversee the efficient receipt, processing, storage, and dispatch of a range of materials. As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for a team of 3 operatives, making sure that all loads inbound and outbound are coordinated correctly and making sure that all systems are correctly checked to ensure that materials are processed appropriately and productivity targets are met.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage a team of 3 members of staff.
- Supervise both inbound and outbound loads into the depot.
- Use warehouse space and mechanical handling equipment efficiently, making sure quality, budgetary targets, and environmental objectives are met.
- Adhere to all maintenance and safety check policies in line with KPI's.
- Have a clear understanding and implementation of the company's policies and vision.
- Using Computers to keep stock control systems up to date and make sure equipment inventories are accurate.
- Using both Forklift and Counterbalance within the warehouse to make sure loads are correctly stored.
ABOUT YOU
- Previous experience as a warehouse supervisor or team leader
- Experience in operating warehouse equipment and machinery,
- Previous FLT/Counterbalance experience required.
- Basic computer knowledge and previous experience using Microsoft packages.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Good communication and timemanagement skills
