Thurrock Adviser:

Working in partnership with Thurrock Council we are looking to extend our Citizens Advice service in Thurrock by opening an additional Self Service Library day from Tilbury Library, Fridays weekly.

With local demand increasing we are seeking to recruit a new Thurrock Adviser, to deliver the Citizens Advice core advice service face to face in Tilbury.

The service will include initial check, assessment, discrete advice and where required general advice.

Supported by a group of highly skilled supervisors to deliver a quality service to meet the needs of our local residents.

This is an ideal opportunity to extend your existing skills or develop a new career in a highly rewarding role.

We want people who are passionate about giving clients the best possible outcome and helping the most in need in our community, especially during these challenging financial times.

You will be a highly motivated and strong team player with excellent customer service skills.

Experience of delivering Citizens Advice service at advice level or a similar level of competency is desirable, but training can be provided.
