YOUR ROLE
  • Collaborate with Front Office, Supply Planning, and other relevant functions in Adhesive Technologies primarily through Service Cloud cases.
  • Manage stock shortages during shortages and unforeseen events, including overseeing finished goods, raw material, and capacity management in force majeure situations.
  • Take charge of managing out-of-stock allocation rules for Sales Orders & Purchase Orders.
  • Handle product lifecycle Phase out/in by ensuring stock depletion and coordinating with Front Office and Planning.
  • Assume responsibility for Customer Service performance towards customers, significantly impacting Customer Experience.
  • Embrace a 'Customer Centricity' mindset to deliver a streamlined and efficient support experience to our diverse customer base.
  • Ensure that the activities of internal stakeholders (Logistics, Supply Planning) prioritize customer needs.
  • Adhere to Henkel Corporate Standards consistently.
YOUR SKILLS
  • Demonstrate a customer-focused approach with outstanding communication skills.
  • Prior experience in customer service, supply chain, or logistics positions.
  • Possess knowledge of logistics, inventory management, and supply chain processes.
  • Exhibit excellent problem-solving abilities and strong influencing skills.
  • High level of organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Desirable familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems.
  • Proficiency in German, French, Spanish, or Italian would be advantageous.
