We are working with an established Tate client to recruit a Bookkeeper / Office Administrator for their family run business in Hook, Hampshire.
Due to the nature of the business, we are looking for someone with a flexible and open attitude to responsibilitiesat work with a desire to be part of decision making processes and creative ideas rather than just the numbers.
Responsibilities within the role:
- Maintain accurate ledgers
- Match purchase orders with invoices
- Coordinate bank deposits and report financial results to management on a regular basis
- Pay supplier invoices and track bank account balances
- Develop monthly financial statements, including cash flow, profit, and loss statements, and
- Balance sheets
- Prepare quarterly and monthly tax returns, operating and business taxes
- Liaise with company accountants as and when needed
- Bookkeeping/Accounts experience essential
- Excellent organisational skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- A flexible and passionate approach to work
