We are working with an established Tate client to recruit a Bookkeeper / Office Administrator for their family run business in Hook, Hampshire.

Due to the nature of the business, we are looking for someone with a flexible and open attitude to responsibilitiesat work with a desire to be part of decision making processes and creative ideas rather than just the numbers.


Responsibilities within the role:

  • Maintain accurate ledgers
  • Match purchase orders with invoices
  • Coordinate bank deposits and report financial results to management on a regular basis
  • Pay supplier invoices and track bank account balances
  • Develop monthly financial statements, including cash flow, profit, and loss statements, and
  • Balance sheets
  • Prepare quarterly and monthly tax returns, operating and business taxes
  • Liaise with company accountants as and when needed
  • Bookkeeping/Accounts experience essential
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • A flexible and passionate approach to work
