Primary care recovery service is based in South East London SE23, close to Forest Hill station with direct routes into central London.


  • We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Recovery Coordinator and ideally you should have some knowledge and experience of working with this client group in your previous roles. You will be based on site in Forest Hill and in a Lewisham GP surgery working alongside GPs and other medical professionals. The post is full time, Monday-Friday and we will offer you a full training package with generous salary in return.
  • The role of a Recovery Coordinator is to manage a service caseload, devising, implementing, and reviewing ongoing recovery plans and treatment. You will work closely with the service team and help set goals in recovery helping people who use our service to achieve their goals in a safe and supportive way.
