Finance team support Consumables and equipment ordering Managing the service clinical roster system and session filling Supporting the Patient and Staff Engagement development Offer general assistance to the company administration team, outside of this job description, and project a positive and friendly image to practices, patients and professionals, either in person or via the telephone Undertake a variety of administrative duties to assist in the smooth running of the office Facilitate effective communication between practices, members the public, secondary care and other associated healthcare agencies To support a range of administrative programs of work including projects.
To provide support to service users and providers.Support the monitoring of various program of work together with the senior management team Be proactive and able to work using your initiative and on occasion be comfortable working by yourself in the office.
Visiting our units at RVH, Deal Hospital and Buckland Hospital to ensure our staff there have supplies. Deliveries to site of stock and carrying out inductions for new members of staff.Will work closely and assist our service managers to ensure that she is aware of any developments or possible issues with staffing.
To participate in the Companys On Call Rota - One week in every 4.Weekly rate of payment plus expenses is provided. Please be aware that we are not a Surgery and our work is not applicable to a surgery environment.
