You will play a fundamental role in building on the success of our established office, becoming a central cog in the day-to-day operations of the business, working alongside the Directors, Care Coordinators and Care Planners, Carers and Support Workers in promoting the best possible outcomes for our service users, their families, and associated professionals.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure appropriate scheduling of care, designed to achieve the best possible outcome for all stakeholders
  • Liaise with stakeholders to provide updates on care packages, including distributing care notes, meeting minutes
  • Ensure consistent practice of company policies and procedures, promoting our organisational culture
  • Assist Care Coordinators by auditing and supervising care practices.
  • Maintain the ongoing recruitment and retention practices of the business, including interviewing new applicants.
  • Completion of care plans, risk assessments and associated documentation to a high standard to support positive outcomes.
  • Ad hoc duties in covering care calls as necessary including shadowing new staff to ensure best practice.

Requirements:

  • Passionate belief and commitment to provision of consistently high levels of care to all service users.
  • Full, clean, UK driving licence.

Competencies:

  • Ability to work on a fulltime basis (office hours , and cover oncall as part of a rota system (one week night and one weekend per month).
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Ability to provide responsive solutions to any matter that arises in a patient and consistent manner.
  • Great people management skills.
  • Ability to manage and work collaboratively with a team of highly competent office staff and carers.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with service users and customers both verbally and in writing.
  • Computer literate capable of utilising in house software to roster, recruit, manage daily requirements of the business.
