'Would Ted do it that way?' Purpose The role of the Stockroom Assistant is to effectively handle the location stockholding, in order to maximise sales. Work well under pressure and be a proud and passionate ambassador of Ted. Demonstrating this through personal presentation and displaying the brand values as outlined in the 'Mission Statement' and 'Vision' Roles and responsibilities PeopleOffer a high level of team integration and participation, working with integrity and respect for othersDemonstrate effective communication with management and other team members.

Be adaptable and flexible to the needs of the business in support of the team and the locationActively drive and document your own learning to contribute to the success of the team and location.

Ability to establish, maintain and develop relationships with Operations and Tedquarters departments.

ProductUse all available tools and information to keep up to date on current trends, product offer including; Called, Colour, Composition, Cost, Care, Cut (The 6 Cs)Follow merchandising guidelines, replenishment procedures and housekeeping standards to ensure that Ted is represented at the highest level.

Display strong knowledge of product levels and availability, in order to effectively support the running of the stockroom and to drive salesOffer regular feedback to the Stockroom Supervisor and Management team on stock levels CommercialHave a good awareness of store performance and targetsTake personal ownership for achieving and exceeding location KPIs with a particular focus on stock lossDemonstrate all requirements of Ted's School of ExcellenceDemonstrate speed and efficiency in all tasks, stock handling and replenishment to support sell throughBe aware of and actively support all brand promotions and campaignsKeep up to date on and sharing Ted's social media activityHave a strong commercial awareness of our competitors and local markets.

OperationsAbide by all stockroom operational guidelines as outlined in OperaTEDHave an ability to work unsupervised, using initiative and completing all tasks efficiently by following company policies and procedures.

Be able to process all stock handling requirements such as deliveries, transfers, replenishment and team or customer requests in a timely mannerAdhere to all Company health and safety procedures.

Be the main point of contact for all stock room areas.
Use equipment properly and report any potentially unsafe conditions to management.

Adhere to all loss prevention measures and protect the assets of the company by reporting any misuse or theft of Company property to management.

Carry out daily checks on tags, reacting and/or raising any concerns to the Management TeamSupport in-store; online product activity such as; click and collect
