Towy Castle is a 61-bedded Residential Care Home, we predominately care for the elderly who are living with Dementia.

We are an established care home close to Carmarthen with an excellent reputation for care of the elderly.

We require staff to work on a rolling rota, 3 days on and 3 days off, which allows flexibility. In addition, we do request that you help with cover as and when required._

Job description

Health Care Practitioners Required:

**Current positions

  • Morning shift (7am2pm) 24.5hrs a week average contract.**
    Morning shift (7am5pm) 35hrs a week average contract.

Afternoon shift (2pm-10pm) 28hrs a week average contract.

Afternoon shift (5pm-10pm) 17.5hrs a week average contract.


We are not necessarily looking for individuals who have had previous experience in the care sector as we offer in-house support.


We are looking for a kind natured, passionate and reliable individual to work as part of our Towy Castle care team.


We really value all of our team members and appreciate individuals who go the extra mile to support our residents.
