Responsibilities

We are currently looking to hire a caring and organised individual to join us as a
Receptionist at Priesty Fields Care Home in Congleton, to help us bring the positive difference to our resident's lives.

This is a
part time role with working hours from
10am-2pm (Mon - Fri).

Roles & responsibilities of Receptionist:

  • Acting as the first point of contact for all visitors to the home.
  • Being friendly and efficient in welcoming and greeting visitors.
  • Answering phone calls, greet visitors, answering the doorbell, opening the doors, managing the reception area.
  • To show prospective residents and their families around.
  • To carry out administrative tasks such as maintaining paperwork, photocopying, scanning, and filing to help home manager and administrator at home.
  • Dealing with enquiries in a timely manner and ensuring daily and weekly tasks are completed.
  • Ensure that all information of confidential nature gained in the course of duty is not divulged to third parties.
  • Adhere and promote the companies GDPR policies and procedures.
  • Adhere to all Company policies and procedures within the defined timescales.

Qualifications and Skills

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Good telephone manner and strong communication skills.
  • Professional, caring, courteous and well organised.
  • Previous reception experience in Care homes preferred.
  • Satisfactory Enhanced DBS
