• Hours: Monday / Friday 8:00AM 5:30PM
• Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Our automotive client is a busy accident repair centre based in Basildon, they are actively looking for someone who is an experience Bodyshop Advisor / Insurance Claims Handler to join their team.

Their Body Repair Centre has full repair capabilities, able to deal with minor scratches to major accident repairs.

Bodyshop Advisor / Insurance Claims Handler Responsibilities include:

• Load job details onto the Company system.
• Liaising directly with all internal staff.
• Maintaining the BSI audit files to the required industry standards.
• To provide administrative support to the team.
• To ensure a high level of customer care and satisfaction at all times.
• Be willing to undertake any necessary training.
• Motors trade experience in the role is essential.

They are looking to hire someone who has a sound knowledge of working within a front of house accident repair centre who actively knows the insurance process and dealing with customers on this side of the industry.
