Transdev Airport Services are currently recruiting for a Host/Hostess to join us at Heathrow Airport.

Using your excellent customer service skills, you will ensure our customers receive a positive, safe and enhancing experience whilst at Heathrow Airport.


Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the gates
  • Assist guests with directions to the terminals in the bus or on the coaching gates
  • Be proactive and security conscious in reporting any unattended packages/parcels
  • Assist guests with any inquiries or requests they may have
  • Assist in dealing with problems such as delays or disruptions
  • Responsible for adhering to the relevant health and safety requirements and safe working practices applicable to you.

Essential Skills:

  • Have a full 5 year employment history as this will be an airside role.
  • Previous experience in a customer service/customer care environment.
  • Selfmotivated and reliable
  • Excellent communication skills with an empathic nature.
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service.
  • Basic general IT Skills
  • An understanding of the principles of equality and diversity about visitors' needs
  • Able to work flexible shifts including early starts, late finishes, weekdays, weekends and bank holidays.
  • Previous Airline &/or Airport experience is desired although not essential as full training will be provided.

Role:

- £11.95 per hour

  • 4 on, 2 off shift pattern, working 8 hours any time between 5am 10:30pm.
  • Airside

Job Types:
