  • Responsibilities:
    • Work collaboratively as part of a team or individually to provide administrative and front of house support tasks, following organizational policies and procedures.
    • Maintain accurate financial records by inputting and retrieving data, processing invoices, purchase orders, petty cash, online payments, and P Cards.
    • Organize business meetings efficiently, including venue arrangements, agenda preparation, minute taking, and follow-up actions.
    • Handle written, verbal, and e-correspondence as directed by management, ensuring timely and appropriate responses.
    • Conduct desktop research to support responses to correspondence and reports.
    • Assist in producing presentations, reports, and formatting data in alignment with organizational standards.
    • Maintain and develop management information systems for accurate data extraction and presentation.
    • Contribute to financial reporting by ensuring data accuracy and compliance with policies and procedures.
