Our client is a rapidly expanding executive coaching & consulting company with a global presence. Their head office is based in the City, London, where an energetic and friendly team works closely together. They are looking for an Executive Assistant & Programme Coordinator to join the team.


The role will comprise of managing the Leadership Programmes and being the main point of contact for both clients and coaches, ensuring all of the logistics and scheduling run smoothly.

Alongside this will be a certain amount of diary management through the EA part of the role on both external client projects and internal operational projects and tasks.

There will be a degree of independence expected within the role so you will need to take the initiative and flex from working alone to enlisting support from the team.

You will need to be able to hold focus and attention to detail whilst working within a dynamic multi-tasking environment.

Responsibilities


Client liaison and account management with the lead coachnBuild strong relationships with relevant counterparts in client organisationsnScheduling of programmes and associated logisticsnTake ownership & accountability of the programme from all angles – maintain a high-level perspective to ensure that programmes are successfulnWork with the Finance team internally to ensure projects are adequately budgeted, and invoiced for (no finance experience necessary)nManagement of coaching programmes on our various technology platformsnDiary ManagementnTravel LogisticsnBasic administrative support such as assisting with pitches, proposals and logistics.nAct as an ambassador for the programme internally and externally and as the primary contact for queries related to the programmenRepresents & collaborates with team in front of stakeholders, clients or usersnQuestions the impractical and pushes tech uses forward for optimal business efficiency.
