Your new role

You will be part of the Early Recruitment team responsible for the attraction, recruitment and development of trainees and apprentices Bristol and London offices.

You will provide a professional, efficient and proactive client service. In collaboration withthe Senior Early Talent Executive, the role will also have responsibility for supervising the Early Talent Apprentice.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Previous Early Talent or Recruitment experience within a professional services firm
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Organised, efficient and able to manage upwards
  • Excellent communication skills (both orally and in writing)
  • The ability to adapt to shifting priorities and adapt plans accordingly
  • Takes initiative and demonstrates problemsolving skills, knowing when to consult with others and ask for help
  • Good attention to detail
  • Able to work as part of team, but also be selfmotivated
  • Enthusiastic and able to remain calm under pressure
  • High level of confidentiality and integrity; discreet and able to deal with sensitive information
