In this position, you will collaborate with our Executive and Senior Leadership Team to foster a customer-centric approach to handling and resolving intricate repair and disrepair matters.
Your responsibilities will include offering assurance on efficient repair management, as well as maintaining a comprehensive overview of budgets and expenditures.
We are seeking a strategic leader with a collaborative outlook, adept problem-solving abilities, and a zeal for providing top-notch service to our clients.
Your excellent communication skills and commitment to customer service will be crucial in engaging with a diverse range of external and internal stakeholders to ensure that our properties remain safe, livable, and disrepair-free.
Using effective data management and analysis, you will proactively and reactively manage complex issues, oversee actions, monitor progress, and report your findings to our Executive and Senior Leadership Team.
You will guide and assist a team, offering coaching, assistance, and identifying training needs to build a high-performing team that delivers exceptional customer satisfaction.
