We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Farm Assistant to join our client's team and ensure the smooth operation of their Laying Farm.

You will be helping to produce the highest quality hatching eggs while advancing your career in a dynamic and supportive environment.

The Job

• Assist in collecting, grading, and sanitizing eggs, preparing, and reassembling sites, unloading birds, and performing general housekeeping tasks
• Engage in activities such as bird weighing, drinker cleaning, and blood sampling while ensuring strict adherence to bio-security procedures
• Report any issues related to stock health, farm equipment, and safety to farm management promptly

The Candidate

• Previous poultry or farm experience would be desirable
• A team player
• Strong communication skills
• Be willing to complete Poultry Passport Level 2

The Package

* £11.44 an hour

• 40 Hour week
• Pension contribution
