We are looking for dedicated and enthusiastic members of staff to be part of our dynamic and committed teaching team, to deliver our vision of providing high quality education in an Islamic environment.


  • Take the lead role, in liaison with the headteacher and deputy headteacher, for inclusion & wellbeing
  • Overseeing compliance with the school's behaviour/pastoral referral process, ensuring communication with all stakeholders involved
  • Ensure the behaviour/pastoral policy is kept up to date and implemented across the school
  • Lead workshops and arrange external talks to educate parents in pastoral trends and issues facing pupils
  • Liaise with education attendance services, social services and other external agencies
  • Have the drive and determination to make a difference
  • Oversee and monitor the rewards and sanctions process ensuring that it is transparent, fair and effective

Requirements:

  • Enhanced DBS Certificate on the update service
  • Two professional references
  • Right to work in the UK.

Job Type:
Part-time

Salary:
£10.00-£12.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
