We have an exciting opportunity for someone looking for an Apprenticeship in Reception, Customer Service and Administration within our busy Accident Repair Centre in Chessington.


You will be the face of the company, meeting and greeting clients and communicating with them throughout their repair journey.

Your day will be busy and will require a keen eye for detail and an ability to handle pressure without being easily flustered.

General overview of the role consists of the following tasks:

Answering telephone and dealing with reception walk ins

Allocation of correct type of courtesy car and ensuring correct paperwork is completed

Booking clients in for estimates, and repairs to be carried out

Keeping clients updated with repair progress

Preparing paperwork for other departments including job cards, invoicing etc

To ensure correct documents are collected including GDPR information, driving license details and insurance information where required

Ensuring payments are taken where applicable and logged on bespoke database

Use of online portals to file manufacturer reports

Ensuring that the database is up to date weekly and clearing down cancelled jobs

General filing and administration

The business has been established in Chessington for over 18years and existed prior to this in Dorking.

Having undergone a change of ownership due to retirement, the new Directors are keen to really move the business forward and have already implemented a vast array of changes.

Re-shaping the Front of House is a focus point and ensuring we have the right person is vital.

The role will suit someone who is focused and engaging with an eye for detail when it comes to their administrational work.

As part of the Fix Auto UK network, there are plenty of training and learning opportunities within the group, both online and face to face.

We also offer training for those who wish to gain qualifications in their field or learn another aspect of the business As an apprentice you will firstly be joining our partners Skillnet to undertake your apprenticeship.

You will be working alongside a highly experienced and motivated manager who has recently joined the team.

Your hourly rate will depend on your age at the time of starting your apprenticeship.

Use of Outlook, Word, and Excel required.

The role is available to start ASAP.

Monday to Friday 08:00 - 17:30pm

20 days holiday plus Bank Holidays

£5.28-£10.42 per hour

Expected hours: 45 per week
