Hours:

Monday: 10am-6pm

Tuesday: 10am-7pm

Thursday: 10am-6pm

About Us:

We are a busy and vibrant phone shop located in the heart of Brighton. We pride ourselves on providing excellent customer service and high-quality phone servicing.

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Front House Customer Service Representative.

As a Front House Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting and assisting customers with their inquiries and purchases.
  • Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Servicing phones, including software updates, cleaning, and testing.
  • Handling customer complaints and providing solutions in a professional manner.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
  • Making post office runs as needed.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a retail environment.
  • Basic technical knowledge of phones and their functionalities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Training:

  • If you are successful, you will undergo a 2week training program
  • Training hours:
3 hours per day (paid).

  • After training, you will start working the fulltime hours as specified.

Benefits:

  • Competitive starting salary of £26,000 per annum, rising to £29,120 after the first year. 28 days paid holiday per year (including bank holidays).
  • Pension scheme with a minimum contribution of 8% (including employer and employee contributions as per UK regulations).
  • Statutory Sick Pay (SSP) in accordance with UK law.
