Do you want a rewarding role working with a great team of people and have the chance to make a real difference to other people's lives? We will support you along your career path to learn, develop and grow.

You will be joining a dedicated team of experienced Support Workers, in a residential home in Glasgow Area.

On a typical day you will promote independence and guidance with life skills such as:

  • personal care, medication administration, cooking and cleaning. You will encouraging and supporting individuals to achieve their life goals in a happy and safe environment.


Previous experience in supporting individuals with Autism and challenging behaviour is desirable for this position although full training will be provided.

An enhanced PVG is required for this role.

Real Life Options offers flexible employment opportunities. This role will include mornings, evenings, weekends and sleepovers.
