  • Someone with clear passion for hospitality and a desire to learn and progress.
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in the field of Hospitality.

  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required.

About The Role

  • Working in a busy bar and restaurant environment, waiting tables, handling food and preparing a wide range of hot and cold drinks, all while maintaining a professional attitude and demonstrating excellent customer service skills.
  • Gathering and providing orders for both food and drinks, communicating clearly with other staff members to ensure the smooth operation of the business.
  • Replenishing a range of stock, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness throughout all areas of the building.
  • Carrying out all duties in a timely, efficient and above all, safe manner.
  • Observing and helping customers accordingly, ensuring their needs are met at all times.
  • Various cleaning duties, including cleaning and resetting the restaurant tables, polishing cutlery, setting up and breaking down the bars and ensuring all toilet facilities and back of house areas are kept clean and tidy in adherence to health and safety practices.
  • A knowledge of preparing cocktails would be advantageous, but not essential.
