Our client is a successful property finance lender operating in the non-regulated market, providing bridging finance for both residential and commercial properties.

With solid investment and new recent funding, they have ambitious plans to continue growing throughout 2024 and to expand the credit team.

A superb opportunity to join a growing and successful team where you will have the benefit of working closely with the Directors, who will provide support and coaching to ensure you gain more about experience of the underwriting and credit process.

Overall, you will benefit from their wealth of experience and knowledge, all of which will help you flourish and progress as an Underwriter in the bridging industry, therefore this role will suit someone who is keen to develop and drive their career more quickly.

As the team grows new roles will be created and you will have more opportunity to step into more senior roles, getting in early will be advantageous to more career motivated candidates.
