Grafton Banks Finance are delighted to be supporting an exciting company with offices in central Brighton. They are looking to recruit a Sales Ledger Clerk on a permanent basis, reporting into the Finance Manager.

Duties will include:

  • Setting up new accounts and making amendments on the finance system
  • Posting sales invoices onto the system
  • Updating the client base with billing information
  • Updating monthly reports
  • Preparing client refunds
  • Chasing remittances
  • Prepare and send client statements
  • Sending copies of sales invoices to clients
  • Ad hoc support across the team

Desired skills and experience:

  • Experienced sales ledger clerk either in a part of a varied accounts role or sole sales ledger role.
  • Strong IT skills, confident Excel user (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, sumifs etc.)
  • Confident communicator and able to work in a team
