Sixth Form Study Support Supervisor

OPGS are recruiting a new member of staff to join their Sixth Form Team. The Sixth Form Study Support Supervisor will be responsible for maintaining a productive study environment, supporting Sixth Formers individually to develop and maintain their extra-curricular activity profiles and with organisation of their academic work.
You will need to be well organised, confident, and work well as part of a team. Previous experience in a similar role or classroom experience will be useful but not essential. However, flexibility, resilience, good numeracy and literacy skills and excellent communications skills will be key to build and develop productive relationships with our young people in our 'outstanding' Sixth Form.
Term Time Only plus Inset Days
35 hours per week - 8.30am to 3.30pm with one hour for lunch
£25,216 FTE (£20,078 pro rata)
Oakwood Park Grammar School is a Boys' Selective Grammar School which is co-educational in the 6th Form. Entry at Year 7 is by the Kent Tests; competitive entry exams in Maths, English and Verbal Reasoning. This means that we are educating pupils in the top 25% ability range in the county.
