We are looking for a highly organised individual to assist with stock management in the field, ensuring deliveries are managed promptly, and returns are monitored accurately.

You will liaise with our engineers to ensure they have the correct assets when working in the field. In addition, this role will encompass using your stakeholder management skills to liaise with suppliers and service partners.

We are looking for somebody with excellent people skills and a keen eye for detail. This is an entry level roleworking as part of a team, so being a team player is essential. We also need you to know your way around Excel, as you'll primarily be working off this.

What you'll do:

  • Responsible for all assets across OE products and services
  • Placing & tracking orders for materials and assets (stock transfers, forward, reverse)
  • Work closely with team members and knowledge share
  • Scheduling & booking in deliveries
  • Provide project support for asset related initiatives
  • Communicating with stakeholders & third parties using various platforms
  • Providing support to stakeholders to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Log & maintain detailed information, create and manage reports

What you'll need:

  • Solid attention to detail
  • Proven experience of knowledge in working with excel and google sheets
  • Ideally will have knowledge of logistics processing
  • Ideally will have worked with stock management systems
  • Experience analysing data
