Key responsibilities of a Lettings Lister Valuer:
The main purpose of the role is to win listings and gain new instructions for properties to market whilst ensuring every customer is greeted in a friendly, positive, and enthusiastic manner in an attempt to build rapport.
Skills and experience required to be a successful Lettings Lister Valuer:
- Estate Agency experience, preferably as a Lister, Valuer, or a Lettings Negotiator/Sales Negotiator, Estate Agent looking for progression
- Able to generate new business in a target-driven environment
- Outstanding customer care/customer service experience
- Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail oriented
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
- A Full UK driving licence
