Countryside Events continues to grow and expand and with it the jobs roles within.

We are looking for a Hire Team Leader to assist the Sales Co-Ordinator in managing each all the hire events in a newly created Hire only side to the business.


You will be leading of a team making sure that each hire is completed to an exceptional standard, we rely on good feedback from our clients who continue to use us time after time.


You will be required to plan ahead each event, communicating closely with management to make sure the stock is clean and ready to go.

Make sure the relevant crew are going to each job at the right time previously planned. You will be required to be onsite and assist the crew with each rigg according to the job specification. At times getting your hands dirty and other times putting on your best face for meeting clients.

You will be face to face with the client on numerous occasions so being able to think on your feet and adapting is crucial.


Please be aware this is not a 9-5 job, hours do vary but there will be notice and planning available before hand.

We need someone ideally with events experience of stretch tents or Marquees or with in the events industry so you can hit the ground running.

We also need you to have a full driving licence. Towing will form part of the roll too so experience towing trailer would be good to.

This is a progressive role over 2023 and beyond as we grow this side of the business with other areas in planning you will be a major part of this giving you the ideal chance to evolve and grow inside the business.

We would aim to see a key management role within 12 months for you which brings other bonuses with in including a company vehicle.

Salary:
From £30,000.00 per year
