Job Description:


As Project Worker at the Bristol Reparation Service, you will work with the Catch22 Bristol Reparation Manager and YOS to ensure that all Reparation and unpaid work orders are completed by the referred young people.


The clients supported through this project will often be vulnerable and challenging and you will need to be resilient and skilled to ensure that we deliver a high-quality service.

Qualifications:

Essential

  • Experience of Outreach or detached work.
  • Experience of working in a multiagency environment.
  • An understanding of working in a Health and Safety / risk assessment environment.
  • Knowledge / experience of safeguarding procedures.
  • Ability to engage young people, parents and members of the community effectively.
  • Ability to travel at short notice to various locations in Bristol.
Desirable

  • A relevant qualification in youth work, youth justice or similar qualification working with young people.
  • Familiarity with the youth justice system, including the legislative framework.
  • Experience of working with a highrisk client group presenting violent or challenging behaviours.
