Our Debt Free Advice project funded by the (Money and Pensions Service), through Toynbee Hall as lead partner, is pivotal to our money advice delivery.

We require an experienced Debt Adviser with welfare rights knowledge to join our Money Advice team.

Applicants must demonstrate the following:
- use their communication skills to effectively negotiate with creditors via written
- provide consistent, high quality, advice that addresses, welfare rights, housing, and employment issues, arising from the client's debt
- explain and guide clients through the, available options to address their debt(s)
- empower clients to take next step forward, putting realistic, sustainable plan in place
- good prioritisation and time management skills.
