The Ideal Candidate:
We are looking for a Director of Operations with unwavering integrity, commercial acumen, leadership prowess, and operational expertise. An open and proactive approach is essential. Your role will involve providing strategic guidance to optimize operational and financial performance and enhance services. This position presents a great opportunity for a seasoned senior manager to contribute to a reputable organization.
Candidates must have a background in the healthcare industry, potentially from the NHS or private sector. This full-time role typically operates Monday to Friday, with some flexibility required due to business needs. The ideal candidate will be a dedicated senior manager with a deep commitment to delivering exceptional patient care. Excellent communication, written skills, and recent acute healthcare management experience are essential.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years' management experience in a private healthcare setting
- Proven ability to build relationships with consultants and key stakeholders
- Familiarity with the broader healthcare landscape
- Experience in change management in healthcare or commercial environments
- Demonstrated success in EBITDA growth margins
- Leadership, team management, and strategic planning capabilities
- Proficiency in dealing with CQC compliance and inspection preparation
- Operational and budget management expertise
- Strong commercial acumen
