Share the joy of being on the water as a specialist *Sailing Instructor with PGL.
  • You'll live, work and play at one of our stunning centres across the UK.
You'll enjoy overseeing our diverse range of fun water sports, from sailing, dragon boats, kayaking, canoes & SUP.

You'll be responsible for delivering fun & educational sessions to children and families; maintaining high levels of safety; training and supervising water sports instructors and; reviewing the quality of our activities & equipment.

You'll also be supporting our hospitality team, which could involve assisting in catering, housekeeping or retail. No two days will ever be the same

*IS THIS YOU?

  • Hold a 'RYA Dinghy Instructor' qualification *OR* be able to attend one of our training courses in Spring 202
  • We would require them to hold the relevant qual, we normally review with the training team in the new year on how many prequalified colleagues we have and if it is looking short they would look to put on sail training around March.
  • Love working with children and young people and be able to communicate with this age group confidently and effectively, encouraging independence and empowering them to achieve amazing things
  • Be passionate about water sports and the benefits of outdoor living.
