Following a restructuring of the team we are recruiting for an office manager and store assistant.
This is an unusual role combining important office tasks whilst working with the store manager to carry out certain tasks within the store.
Using Xero (accounting software) to maintain the accounts of two companies (including invoicing and payments, budget and management and VAT), liaising with company's accountants
Payroll, including HMRC transactions
Compliance auditing and reporting on company rules and regulations
Organising directors meetings and AGM, including preparing agendas & minutes
Communication with members, including production of newsletters and maintaining social media updates
Managing the operation of the public weighbridge, including ticketing and both incoming and outgoing stock control.
In addition to the office work there is a need to help out in the store.
This will including handling grain into the store at harvest, ensuring it is recorded correctly, that when required it is dried and cleaned and then stored securely and safely before being loaded out of store.
There is a need to work from height at times.Full training will be provided
