Position Overview:


As a Healthcare Assistant/Support Worker at
Innovae Care, you will play a vital role in providing essential care and support to our clients.

You will work closely with our team to ensure the well-being and comfort of clients, making a significant difference in their lives.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct care and support to individuals in need, including those in assisted living, hospice care, or with behavioral management needs.
  • Assist with case management by documenting and implementing care plans for each client.
  • Support clients with daily activities such as meal preparation, personal hygiene, and medication administration.
  • Ensure the safety and wellbeing of clients by monitoring their condition and responding to any changes or emergencies.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive client care.
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate records and documentation.

Skills:

  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Ability to manage challenging behaviors and provide behavioral management support.
  • Experience in assisting individuals with activities of daily living (ADLs).
  • Ability to assist clients with mobility needs.
  • Please note that a valid driver's license may be required for this position.
