Are you a skilled Facilities Maintenance Person seeking a fresh challenge in the Preston area? Manpower Engineering is working with a leading organisation to expand their team with individuals like you.

Your Role:

As a Facilities Maintenance Person, your daily tasks will revolve around various facilities located within the PR, FY, and BB postcodes. You'll tackle a range of maintenance duties, including:

  • Fixing door handles and window blinds
  • Light tiling works
  • Repairs to plaster
  • Joinery tasks such as repairing and rehanging doors and wooden door frames
  • Fabrication of new structures as needed
  • Repairing or relaying vinyl flooring

Work Schedule: 8 am to 4 pm, Monday to Friday.

Requirements:

To thrive in this role, you'll need:

  • A full, clean UK Driving license as a van will be provided for work related travel
  • A proven track record in a similar maintenance role
  • Joinery Skills
