Job Title: Critical Shift Supervisor (HVAP)

Location: Moorgate, London

Salary: £54,000 per annum

Shifts: Continental shifts – Days & Nights rotation

My client is a leading global facilities management company with thousands of employees worldwide. Their dedication to excellence ensures the seamless operation of critical financial buildings, and we are currently seeking a highly skilled Critical Shift Supervisor HVAP to join our team in Moorgate.

Overview:

  • As a Critical Shift Supervisor (HVAP), you will play a crucial role in the maintenance and operation of critical mechanical and electrical (M&E) equipment within a key financial building. You will lead a small team of engineers, ensuring that both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance tasks are performed efficiently and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and oversee a small team of engineers during each shift.
  • Conduct and manage PPM and reactive maintenance of critical M&E equipment.
  • Ensure all tasks are carried out in line with SFG20 standards.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and manage service level agreements (SLAs) effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and procedures.
  • Undertake HVAP training and provide technical support to the engineering team.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a supervisory role within a critical environment.
  • High Voltage Authorised Person (HVAP) certification.
  • Strong knowledge of SFG20 maintenance standards.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to work continental shifts.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
