Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, ensuring compliance with all health and safety standards, as well as company policies and procedures.
- Provide leadership and direction to kitchen staff, including grill chefs and kitchen assistants, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Delegate tasks effectively and ensure all team members are aware of their responsibilities during each shift.
- Ensure the consistent preparation and presentation of burgers, sides, and other menu items, maintaining the restaurant's standards for taste, portion size, and presentation.
- Monitor food production to minimize waste, while ensuring that all orders are prepared promptly and accurately.
- Assist in monitoring inventory levels of food ingredients, supplies, and equipment, and promptly communicate restocking needs to management.
- Collaborate with the management team to place orders for ingredients and supplies to maintain a smooth workflow.
- Train new kitchen staff on proper food preparation techniques, sanitation practices, and company protocols.
- Ensure that the kitchen and food preparation areas are maintained in a clean, organized, and sanitary manner at all times.
- Enforce strict hygiene practices and ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
- Coordinate with frontofhouse staff to maintain smooth communication and minimize customer wait times.
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
