Roles and Responsibilities
A Galvanizing Operative's duties will include:
- Working in a team on a busy production line
- Working to tight deadlines to ensure the end clients' needs are met
- Ensure that Quality policies are always adhered to
- Compliance with all Health & Safety policies and procedures always adhered to
Skill set
- Always be punctual
- Ability to communicate professionally and clearly always
- Ability to follow instruction as well as working to own initiative is key
- Be courteous and respectful to your colleagues
- Respect the individual rights, privacy and property of others and of the company
Shift patterns are:
Mon - Fri 7am - 3pm / 3pm - 11pm on a weekly rotation schedule. Nightshift also available working Mon - Fri 11pm - 7am
