What you'll be responsible for:

  • To assist in the efficient and accurate recording of data on all electronic systems, in particular Patient Management System (RiO) and that it conforms to necessary policies, processes, and protocols.
  • Be available within the service to assist the CAMHS administration team in the development and maintenance of efficient and effective office procedures and administrative tasks.
  • Support projects and adhoc work requirements by undertaking a variety of administration and clerical tasks.
  • Administer all office systems, both electronically and hard copy across the service, ensuring that services run smoothly through having well planned and organised administrative systems and processes in place.
  • Undertake any ad hoc duties as required by service lead / managers.

You'll learn the following whilst working at the trust:

  • An in depth understanding of the roles and responsibilities involved in working within the NHS.
  • Knowledge of the systems used, to effectively complete your role to the highest standard at all times.
  • A sense of teamwork, gained through working alongside and supporting colleagues from all levels, within the organisation.

You'll have the following skills/experience:

  • System knowledge
  • RiO
  • Experience in a similar role
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Microsoft Office package knowledge e.g., Outlook, Word, Excel
