Having delivered the spirit of Christmas 315 times to the farthest-flung corners of the globe, the team at Fortnum & Mason is on hand to provide exceptional service through multiple-channels, at the most memorable time of the year.

Join our busy team of Christmas Sales Associates and you'll put your passion and enthusiasm for customer service to the test.

We are looking for someone who is flexible in their approach, energetic and a great communicator, with a high standard of personal presentation.

Above all, you'll be confident, professional, and friendly, with the skills and talent to make our customers feel welcome in a luxury environment.


Our Christmas Sales Associates should be flexible to work 5 out of 7 days, including weekends, on a hours per week contract.

Our roles vary starting from Sept 11th to the 24th December 202- We are recruiting for the following stores below:

  • Piccadilly (All Floors) including Food, Beauty, Homeware & Christmas Shop
  • St Pancras Station
  • Royal Exchange, Bank
  • Heathrow Terminal 5 have a genuine passion for luxury retail
- be able to work hours (5 days per week) on a rotating rota (including weekends).
- demonstrate previous experience in a relevant role
- enjoy creating a sense of pleasure for our customers
- be ready to learn our products inside-out and demonstrate a constant hunger for knowledge
